Coaches are FA Qualified, DBS Checked, First Aid Qualified & attended an FA Safeguarding Courses
Coaches deliver sessions in an enjoyable and enthusiastic manner to ensure the children are engaged throughout the session.
All coaches operate independently under their own self-employed status, R&A Soccer provides a platform and branding for independent coaches.
Andy Mullins
Owner & Head Coach Saturday Super Skills, After School Programs, Holiday Programs and Development Centre
Andy currently holds the UEFA B Licence and has been coaching for 27 years. During this time, he has worked in many Schools delivering PE lessons, lunch time & after school clubs, team coaching with Berkhamsted Raiders and has also coached in America with travel teams. Currently he is coaching at one of Chelsea’s development centres working with the U6's & U7's. He is also the football coach at Berkhamsted School working with U12-U18 squads.
He previously played for Berkhamsted Town FC who made it to the FA Vase final, playing at Aston Villa's ground, Villa Park. He also won the FA Sunday Cup in 2005 playing at Liverpool's ground Anfield.

Charlie Macey
Owner & Head Coach of Girls, Futsal & Player Development Training (PDT) Programs
Charlie Macey is a dedicated and professional coach committed to developing players and coaches both on and off the pitch.​
He currently holds the UEFA C qualification & Futsal Level 1.
After leaving school Charlie attended Bucks Sports Academy in Stoke Mandeville, where he picked up many sports qualifications and began his coaching career. Since then Charlie has been delivering P.E. lessons in many of our partner schools as well as developing his own courses.
Charlie has played football all his life, playing for Berkhamsted Raiders for the Under 9s all the way through to the Under 18s team.

Dan Macey
Owner & Head Coach at Brushwood School & Ley Hill School
Ever since Dan was young he has always had a love for sport especially football, Dan decided to take his level 1 coaching qualification because he wanted to extend his involvement in football as well as playing
Dan has been coaching for 7 years now through R&A Soccer & Berkhamsted Raiders. Dan holds the UEFA C qualification & Futsal level 1. He hopes to gain more coaching qualifications in the future.

Matt Hall
Owner & Head Coach of Soccer Tots, Multi Sports Parties & Soccer Sunday
Coach Matt has been coaching for over six year. He currently holds the UEFA C qualification and futsal Level 1 certification. He brings both experience and passion to every session. Known for his enthusiasm and determination, Matt excels at working with younger children, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere for children to learn. He is committed to ensuring that every child enjoys their introduction to the game while developing essential skills both on and off the pitch.

Adam Robinson
Owner & Head Coach of Goalkeeping & Westfield School

Adam, a Level 2 FA Coach, has been working with R&A Soccer since 2014. He has a First Class Honours Degree in Football Coaching & Management, and intends to complete his UEFA B qualification in the future.
Adam is now the Head of Goalkeeping at R&A Soccer and starting in the 2024/25 season will be the new Head of Girls Coaching at Berkhamsted Raiders – where he played from U8-U18.
Adam is also coaching for Berkhamsted FC’s newly formed U23 Development team on a Saturday.
